Ms. Al-Jawhara bint Turki Al-Otaishan who is acting as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Sawahl Al-Jazeera Media Company, the activities of the Saudi Women Empowerment Conference, which was held on Thursday, March 24th at the Fairmont Hotel in Riyadh.
The conference witnessed the presence of more than 300 honored personalities, under the generous patronage of Her Highness Princess Noura bint Muhammad Al Saud; The wife of the governor of the Riyadh region.
During the Saudi Women Empowerment Conference, Ms. Al-Jawhara Al-Otaishan confirmed that women in the Kingdom have proven their success in many different fields and sectors, explaining that the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 had a major and fundamental role in placing Saudi women on the path to success.
She added that Vision 2030 made women live a distinct reality and enjoy multiple rights and benefits.
Many of the honorees at the Saudi Women Empowerment Conference shared many photos on social media platforms while expressing their pride in this distinguished honor.
The conference aimed at overcoming the obstacles that stand in the way of Saudi women’s success, raising awareness about their role and capabilities in all sectors, while enhancing opportunities for female entrepreneurs to communicate with investors, financiers, and marketers, discovering new sectors in which Saudi women have proven successful, supporting women’s talents, and encouraging creativity and innovation in various fields. domains.
The conference was sponsored by several companies and entities aimed at supporting the Kingdom’s vision 2030 and empowering women in Saudi society, namely: the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Ministry of Transport and Logistics, Saudi Airlines, Unicharm Gulf Health Industries Ltd., and Amanco.

Concerning the workshops and dialogue sessions held by the Saudi Women Empowerment Conference, they were as follows:
The First: was on preserving the leadership identity of women, which was presented by Her Excellency Eng. Amal Al-Essa, is an expert in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
The Second: is on sustainable development in the economic empowerment of women, presented by Dr. Awatef Al-Anzi; Assistant Director of Partnerships and Social Responsibility Units at the College of Education at Princess Nourah University.
The Third: On the Kingdom’s efforts to support Saudi women, and it was presented by the lawyer, Ms. Rehab Al-Rahimi, a lawyer and member of the Lawyers’ Committee in Riyadh, the Saudi Lawyers Association, and the founder of Rehab Al-Rahimi Advocates and Legal Consultants.
The Fourth: How can working women overcome psychological and family pressures, presented by Ms. Manal Al-Rashed, MA in Psychology, and Ms. Hessa Al-Qahtani, MSc in Social Counseling, speaking on the same topic of the session.
